Mermafied Exchange - Toren-Al

Hey, what do you know? I actually finished something.
Anyway, this is for the holiday exchange over at ~Mermafied, an awesome and original merfolk club. I was supposed to draw ~Toren-Al's Tigro, a tiger rockfish mer, and here he is. He was definitely a fun character to work with, and I hope that I got his design right. In any case, though, Happy Holidays, everyone!
